Springdale Borough Council is accepting letters of interest for a vacant Council seat. Please submit letters of interest to 325 School St, Springdale, PA 15144 or email your letter of interest to manager@springdableborough.com Letters will be accepted until 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 13, 2025, with interviews held thereafter. The term of the vacant seat is from appointment until December 31, 2025.

Springdale Borough would like to remind its residents and business owners to be mindful of their walkways and parking lots during the winter months. All residents and business owners are responsible for maintaining a safe and clear walkway, and parking lot immediately after a snowfall or ice forming.

UPDATED: County Hauling, the new trash service for the Borough, will be mailing the attached introduction letter and collection calendar this week to all Springdale Borough customers. Collection will begin Tuesday, January 7 when the new service begins and continues every Tuesday.

Welcome to our new Authority pay Portal this will help residential and commercial customers view their quarterly billing or make quick, one-time payments online using their credit card.

You will need your CID and Account number to self-register for online payment or to view your quarterly bill. You will find these numbers on your quarterly bill and please keep these numbers in a safe place. This is for a one-time payment, not reoccurring payments. Please keep your account number and your CID number in order to make future payments.

**Only payments for your quarterly bill, water / sewage / trash can be made at this portal site**

Any payment made after 4:00 p.m. will be applied the following day.

No other payments can be made on this portal, just the water /sewage/trash payments. We cannot accept payments for reconnection fees, occupancy fees, water deposit, etc., and any other services online. These must be paid in person at the Springdale Borough Office by cash, check or money order.

You can pay more than your billing amount and this amount will be applied to your account. You can also make payments on this portal before your bill is due.

There is a convenience fee of 2.65% of your bill or $3.00 minimum fee per transaction charged by the payment service, not Springdale Borough.

If your transaction was fraudulent you will be subject to a $35.00 back charge and a $25.00 door posting fee and your water utility will be shut off immediately.

Water Reconnection Fees must be paid in person at the Borough Office.
